• Serve as a high-level technician and primary floor resource, providing daily troubleshooting, technical guidance, and training to production employees and technicians.
• Facilitate a departmental ACT focused on production KPIs, delegating improvement tasks, tracking progress, analyzing data, and developing work instructions and tools to drive continuous improvement.
• Monitor OEE across 8 machines daily and have schedule production orders on 7 machines, helping prioritize resources and maintain production goals.
• Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for equipment and production issues, coordinating with production, maintenance, engineering, and quality to implement corrective actions and improvements.
• Support safety and quality objectives through 6S activities, Safety Champion responsibilities, CAQ experience, and resolution of production issues affecting quality KPIs.

• Supported technicians and production teams with equipment troubleshooting, maintenance, system adjustments, and production changeovers.
• Gained hands-on experience with automation systems, PLCs, electrical controls, motors, VFDs, and industrial equipment while supporting installations and production operations.
• Built a strong foundation in manufacturing operations, safety, quality, and cross-functional teamwork while progressing toward a high-level technician role.
