I am a professional retail worker who learned how to deliver high-quality customer service and adapt to new environments. Throughout my experiences I have proven my ability to manage inventory, maintain product, and ensure compliance with safety standards. I have established an evolving work ethic that lead to stronger teamwork, the ability to multi-task efficiently, and reliability in fulfilling responsibilities. As a result, I have been able to gain leadership skills by training others by showing a desire to challenge myself.

In order to achieve this I first had to be an Explorer through Riverside County Sheriff Department. Then I needed to obtain three letters of recommendation from non-family members, show proof of college enrollment, and write an essay on my educational goals and how they can benefit the community
