- Managing 10-20 associates toward the workflow or bringing the workflow toward them to avoid idle time, low rates, or underutilization
- Utilized DockFlow, InControlware, and Grafana to capture the current, past, and future workflow plans to make any adjustments if necessary to keep recirculation under 25% in both MP and RWC
- Applied coaching and/or motivated associates that underperforming, and searched or asked for any barriers that were causing underutilization
- Used proficiency in communication to coordinate with other departments and leadership to be in accord with the workload that's been bestowed upon us
- Implemented critical thinking and problem-solving skills to deescalate contemporary situations that disrupt the workflow
