Duties:

• Provide day-to-day advice and guidance to employees for work assignments; relays instructions from supervisor for work assignments, gets work started and sets pace for the rest of the shift on the clock, ensures all employees follow security, safety and housekeeping guidelines.
• Mixes and serves all types of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to order, following a variety of established recipes. Delivers drinks to to bar waiters or bar patrons directly. Prepares garnishes for all drinks including preparing food sold by the establishment. Helps stock service bar or portable bar for catered functions. Responsible for proper operation of the bar, receipts and cash register operation.
