In the context of the company’s reorganization, I was assigned a new role within the safety department. This role involves overseeing the daily operations and ensuring the implementation of a strong safety culture throughout the organization. I am responsible for ensuring that compliance and safety measures are effectively implemented. To achieve this, I have implemented new policies and procedures, conducted training sessions, and investigated incidents to enhance safety protocols. Furthermore, I have collaborated closely with site operations to ensure seamless coordination and efficiency.
