Opened firm's Gainesville office for statewide workers' compensation firm. Litigated claims, while also managing all aspects of the growing office, to include hiring/firing, training, marketing, and budgeting.

Opened Gainesville office for statewide workers' compensation defense firm. Made partner in five years, and then I was tasked with opening and building the firm's office in Central Florida. Litigated claims, marketed clients, and oversaw all aspects of managing the office, which at one point had 8 lawyers and a total office staff of 19 people.
