  • Primary customer agency advocate / Lease Administration Manager and first GSA point of contact with client Agency personnel in assigned buildings within the GSA inventory.
  • Active liaison between tenants and client agencies, point of contact on a recurring basis to assess their facility and service needs.

  • Work in coordination with the LCO to perform pre-occupancy and transition tasks including reviewing space requests.
  • Provide contract administration and lease management services to ensure that lessors comply with the scope, terms and conditions of leases.
  • Work with multiple computer programs within the PBS Portal; Acre-LMT, GREX, RETA, Sailpoint
  • Create RWA's in RETA.
  • Assist BMS with federally owned and leased building inspections. Inspect HVAC, Elevator, Mechanical and Electrical structural systems. Inspect Concessions program for my assigned leases.
  • Assist with Covid Case reporting and request contractor cleaning.
  • Assisted with Tenant Satisfaction survey preparations.
  • Host tenant meetings.
