I have spent the last year executing a strong foundation for an expanding program. I've been effective in helping my staff grow so they can better support our children in a way that aligns with our mission. I oversee the program's direction and handle the logistical responsibilities as well. I manage all invoices and budgets. I organize the weekly calender along with any extracurricular activities. I work with our behavioral kids who need help & cultivate a functional relationship with the school faculty.

In 2020, I oversaw Got Game Sport's first location at Cwc West Valley. It began with 40 children and a team of 5. Over the course of three years, I developed a team of twelve coaches and more than eighty students. I worked hard to provide a positive and stimulating learning atmosphere for them to flourish both mentally and emotionally during the academic year. Over the summer and during school breaks, I ran Camps of 50 to 150 kids. It was my responsibility to organize, design, and carry out the weekly activity schedules. I oversaw day-to-day operations. Pick-ups and all behavioral issues fell within my purview.

While working for Target, I had two specialty teams under my management. To stay inside my required green percent zones, I meticulously planned and executed all tasks. As the Logistics Lead, I led the quarterly and seasonal resets for every department in addiction to stocking their inventories. As the Price Accuracy lead, my main duty was to meet the daily department markdowns expected quotas.

During my final three months at Target, I worked overnight to oversee the company's $2 million logistical department reset renovation. I oversaw a group of twenty to thirty district employees while coordinating the transitions between the suppliers' and contractors' new construction blueprints and rolling out an average of thirty pallets on nightly inventory to stock.
