• Monitoring the project timeline, and making adjustments as needed.
• Supplied install team with detailed task assignments, necessary materials, and set deadlines.

As a Project Manager Assistant for new construction homes, these were some of my duties: assisted in developing project plans and schedules, managed documentation, facilitated communication between project managers, team members, and clients, and provided regular updates. Conducted site inspections to ensure quality standards were met and reported issues to the project manager. Tracked project expenses and managed inventory, assisting in resource allocation and material ordering. And identified potential risks and ensured compliance with safety regulations.
