My position as a barista lead at Rozy’z Hot Shotz is to ensure exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism. I would often preform various tasks throughout my day including: Providing exemplary customer service, Clerical logging, and maintaining a clean and organized space for my colleagues.

My position at Yoke’s Fresh Market was solely based around customer service. I would continuously assist with inventory management, provide exceptional customer service, addressing concerns and inquiries and also increase overall efficiency by assisting with price checks and product location inquiries from customers.
