My main priority is overseeing project design from a high-level perspective to ensure a consistent and innovative approach to each projects' curated design. I engage with our team throughout the design process, leveraging over 25 years of multi-family experience for each project. Additionally, I manage all budgets to ensure we use unique yet cost-effective materials and designs, enhancing our clients’ ROI.

I opened a new office and managed a design staff of 10, overseeing contract negotiations and marketing for the Southwest and West Coast. Through successful client retention and marketing efforts, I significantly grew our office and regional presence. Additionally, I traveled back to our home office in Dallas to support marketing efforts across the United States.
