ELIZABETH OBEGI

Maple Grove,MN

Summary

My career journey for the past 15 years has been defined by passion and opportunities to serve. With an original background in Procurement and Supply Chain Management, I have consistently pursued service in work environments that have overtime evolved from the corporate sector to community spaces. I have engaged myself as a nursing assistant and home health aid out of the great interest that I have for providing care to those in need of it including the vulnerable in our communities. With the transformation from a Procurement and Supply Chain professional to a Nursing Assistant, I have had to undergo trainings and equip myself with the necessary skills, attributes and wisdom needed to put smiles on faces of those who are sick and weak. I have chosen to be present to those who need my time, to be the hands of those whose hands are feeble, to help the immobile move and to be of encouragement to those in despair. These little acts of kindness are a source of great satisfaction.
