• Served as Coordinator and Case Manager to 35th Circuit Drug/Sobriety, (SDC), Swift and Sure Sanctions Probation (SSSPP) and Mental Health Treatment Courts (MHC)
• Spearheaded 2019 development of Shiawassee County Adult MHC, and developed policies, procedures, manuals and forms necessary for guiding operations of MHC
• Developed a youth prison diversion sanctions probation program, FLYTEE Court, Focus & Lead Youth Toward Empowerment and Enlightenment established in 2020 and developed the policies, procedures, manuals and forms necessary for guiding the operations of the FLYTEE Court program
• Collaborated with Shiawassee County Sheriff's Office Jail and court systems to implement use of Veterans Reentry Search Service (VRSS) program in county
• Performed all case management duties and data collection and management for MHC, SDC, and SSSPP.
• Collaborated with Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to develop and implement Veterans treatment tracks into county programs addressing needs of justice-involved Veterans.

• Used previous education and experience in domestic violence and mental health to support families and spouses in crisis by providing education, referrals, and crisis intervention at request of command leadership.

• Connected consumers to short and long term mental health care needs including therapeutic referrals, safety planning, and self care resources.
