- Report quarterly subrogation updates for all current matters exceeding $2,000,000 to CEO.
- As the sole member of the Property Subrogation Department, I support two managers and twelve property examiners by training my peers in the Property Department, developing theories of recovery, identifying all potential targets, and when cases settle, reviewing and revising releases so that they properly protect company and client interests. Recovery theories involve manufacturing defects, construction defects, failure to perform contractual maintenance and repair duties. Losses pursued include large building fires, water losses, elevator claims, cyber theft, and fidelity claims.
