  • Deliberately developed and trained 20 peers by conducting additional on-the-job training and mentoring sessions on reporting procedures that led to a 25% increase in error detection rates on tactical reports and a 100% decrease in cancellation rates on product reports since fiscal year 2022.
  • Hosted 28 off-duty events over two years, conducting at least one event every month, aimed at improving the morale of subordinates as well as fellow section leads and their subordinates.

Aircrew Intelligence Support Analyst

  • Developed and presented 330 total executive-level briefings that allowed for senior executives to better understand RC-135 utilization, recognition of 720 hours of flight operations, and bolstered situational awareness of the operational area with CENTCOM.

  • Gave an in-depth presentation to the 55th Wing Commander on the functions of the CSU and the support it provides the RC-135 community as well as the greater Intelligence Community enhancing CSU's image within the 55th Wing.

Girl Scouts | Cincinnati, OH — Bronze Award (2011)

  • To accomplish this award a girl (age 9-12) must complete a minimum of 20 hours of work, along with her troop, on a project to earn the award. The hours can be spent in many ways, but should have a root cause, like preserving history, and must be sustainable. For our award, my troop landscaped around the Ross-Gowdy House Museum in New Richmond, Ohio after spending some time learning and researching the history of the house.


Outdoors Experience — Lifetime

  • Camping & Hiking - I have extensive experience setting up camp, preparing outdoor meals, and practicing Leave No Trace principles to preserve natural landscapes. Proficient in navigating trails, identifying hazards, and responding to environmental conditions. Logged extensive miles on diverse terrains, gaining firsthand knowledge of trail systems, weather patterns, and plant identification.
  • Spelunking & Cave Exploration - I have gone on several guided tours on caves in both Mammoth Caves National Park and Blue Spring Caverns learning safe caving techniques, geological formations, and the unique ecosystems found within caves.
  • Gardening - I have spent 8 years growing plants within my various living situations, whether I was back home, in my dorm room, or in my apartment, I grew some sort of plant. I enjoy learning the best ways to care for plants, their uses, and have a passion for learning more about permaculture and outdoor gardening.
