My tenure as a full-time real estate associate began with Diane Turton, Realtors. I had started working as a part-time agent for a small agency. I had obtained a waterfront listing and Mrs. Turton introduced a buyer for said property. After a meeting of the minds at the sellers table, we had negotiated an agreement. The sale moved on to closing. Mrs. Turton approached me in the parking lot of the attorney's office and expressed she was impressed with my skills. She made me an impressive offer to join her team.
