I joined Party Rental, Ltd. when there were 50 employees, half of whom were seasonal. In 2009, there were 1,000. We were formerly Jersey Party Rental, working from a garage and a small Englewood, New Jersey office. I performed in many roles, built departments, and opened three new divisions, including a Bilingual Human Resources Department. The list of accomplishments is too long to add here. I had an incredible mentor, Sunny Halperin, and incredible freedom to build greatness. It was instrumental in defining who I am today.
