I onboarded 38 employees with 98% retention.

• Established and maintained effective communication with staff members to ensure efficient operations during the COVID-19 pandemic.
• During daily disruptions in supply streams, we maintained our commitment to high-quality service delivery standards, resolving customer complaints through constant communication.
• Identified areas needed to pivot in our current business practices due to the COVID-19 pandemic and collaborated with other departments to develop action plans for implementation.
• Provided guidance and support to managers to foster collaboration throughout the organization when half of our workforce was suddenly working remotely.
• Recruited, interviewed, and hired qualified staff for open positions.

I provided Human Resources consultation to Principals, CEOs, and management regarding day-to-day HR issues, resolutions, and next steps when an outside review of internal problems was needed. I also reviewed employee handbooks and advised on required updates.

Solicited and closed group health, dental, vision, and life insurance policy sales. Provided carrier and plan consulting that best met the needs of the group, as well as rolling out annual plans at client sites during enrollment.

Played a pivotal role in rolling out annual plans at client sites, ensuring employees were informed and understood the plans well enough to choose the ones that best suited their needs.

I provided individual Medicare consulting to individuals retiring from our group plans.

I joined Party Rental, Ltd. when there were 50 employees, half of whom were seasonal. In 2009, there were 1,000. We were formerly Jersey Party Rental, working from a garage and a small Englewood, New Jersey office. I performed in many roles, built departments, and opened three new divisions, including a Bilingual Human Resources Department. The list of accomplishments is too long to add here. I had an incredible mentor, Sunny Halperin, and incredible freedom to build greatness. It was instrumental in defining who I am today.
