Customer Service Representative / Account Manager

  • Retrieve info for job packs from either builder websites or from e-mails that are sent to me.
  • Go through the information that was retrieved and mark the information that is relevant to the cabinets such as plan number, door style, stain/color, any options, hardware and custom changes. All this is important to a successful installation.
  • After measure is completed key order into the correct vendor portal (ProCab, E-Store, etc.)
  • When scheduled delivery date is (2 days prior ro delivery) call builder to verify that house is ready for cabinets and start the cabinet delivery process.
  • Send the shipping pack to warehouse to deliver and the audit pack to the FSR to inspect after cabinets are installed.
  • Audit is returned and if any parts are need to be ordered I would order them and once in I would schedule for the install with either superintendent or the homeowner.
  • Order parts when needed from any homeowner warranty appointments and schedule the install of the parts.

Order Prep Specialist/Customer Service Representative

All important to a successful installation.
  • When the measure pack comes back go through the info that the FSR marked, so when you process the order you make the changes such as, up size or down size a cabinet, add a filler etc
  • When the schedule delivery date is approaching (2 days prior to delivery date) call builder to verify that house is ready and if not move out date and start this process again. Once date is verified start the delivery process.
  • Send the delivery pack to the warehouse for delivery and send the audit pack to the FSR for cabinet inspection after install.
  • After audit was completed order any parts or cabinets need and then scheduled them for install with either the builder or homeowner.
  • Provide back-up for others that are either out ill or vacation.
  • Builders I have worked with, Shea Homes, KB Homes, Classic Homes, Century Homes, Oakwood Homes, Mcstain, Village Homes, Ryland Homes, Joyce Homes.
  • Trained new employees on the company systems and procedures, and any builder assigned to them.
