My daily tasks can vary based on where I am stationed, but my responsibilities usually consist of the following:

• Overseeing operations to ensure shifts run smoothly.
• Stepping in where help is needed to make sure nothing falls behind.
• Directing other staff members and delegating their daily tasks.
• Safely handling and counting cash.
• Checking in with customers and ensuring their satisfaction, as well as resolving customer complaints.
• Training new employees and assisting with the onboarding process.
• Communicating staff needs with upper management and collaborating on solutions.

Alongside assisting stylists, my daily duties consisted of the following:

• Preparing clients for service. Shampooing, conditioning, and draping at the beginning of service.
• Maintaining cleanliness. Keeping up on sweeping, dishes, and laundry. Restocking and organizing shipments.
• Assisting with reception as needed. Checking clients in and out of the salon, as well as scheduling their appointments.
