I enjoy my church and helping with community events. Spending time with my family and friends and fur babies. I love good food, music and the beautiful out doors, especially at the lake, hiking and kayaking, just feeling the sunshine on my face! Working in my garden with fresh flowers and landscaping is good for my mind and soul. I also teach yoga classes to others which brings me much joy!

My recent company sent all who were in leadership to this class. The training was a year long where we met on a monthly basis. It was a great experience and is a tool that has sharpened my skills when communicating with others!
Yoga is a passion of mine. Yoga helps me to keep my mind organized, and breath in positivity or let go of that which no longer serves me. I love sharing what I have learned with other's!
