I've worked at Creative Children Center for almost a year, i've taught many kids as well helped kids that were struggling to speak english due to not having that language as their first language. I started off working as a teacher assistant to a substitute into a 3's teacher, this was a huge transition especially under 2 months. Working with my managers and the owner of the establishment has been the best experience i've ever had. Rhonda Prince Sinclair, not only the owner of the place but as weil the the person who runs it, she would help us with anything we need as well gave us bonuses from the company we were working for. Working with her is the best decision i've ever made she supported me throughout the experience but as well was there when i needed to talk about anything i needed to talk about.

I've worked at Cotton Patch Cafe when i was still in high school, I would train new hires when asked as well helped when needed. I started off as a hostess then did To Go / Food runner then into a Server. I would help customers as well use my ability to translate when needed. When the restaurant was busy I would help without asking because it was part of team work.
