- Currently managing high-profile client sites throughout both land and snow seasons for approximately 400 sites

- Update and manage 3rd party work order systems, ensuring timely resolution to any issues or complaints

- Responsible for monthly billing to clients

- Conduct partnership meetings with the client to identify any potential problems and discuss any open issues

- Available to all clients at all hours, especially during snow events

- Work closely with sourcing to ensure proper coverage for all sites

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and service partners

• As Area Manager, I ensure services are complete and client expectations are met or exceeded
• I work closely with subcontractors on the scheduling and implementation of services, as well as the resolution of any payment issues
• I currently manage over 1400 sites along with 4 Market managers in the NC/SC/GA area, which includes:
• - Verifying services performed
• - Following up and following through on service quality items that need improvement with a scheduled time of completion
• - Reviewing internal and external systems for subcontractors work reported and not reported
• - Identifying any subcontractors not in compliance with our standard operating procedures
• - Analyzing subcontractor activity and providing guidance to Strategic Sourcing team to propose new subcontractors or termination
• - Assessing site service priority and offer direction to subcontractors based on business needs
• - Communicating frequently with the national account team to address service issues or out of scope requests
• - Assisting other regions in times of heavy activity or extreme weather
• Special projects
• - Implemented a training procedure and hands on training of all new area managers across all 4 regions of service
• Continue to mentor as well
• Developed SOPs, specific knowledge milestones and scheduling of training with national accounts, finance, compliance, mobility and app reporting
• - Recently assisted our sourcing team in onboarding providers for 800 new sites

• Maintained a high level of service and developed revenue with national clients, offering expertise in print programs, new product roll out displays and wide format signage
