• The role tasks me to oversee player development and managing elite prospect within the Club Pathway & Academy Environment
• The removal of the U19 age group in 2022 has emphasized the importance of purposeful, efficient development to equip players for a successful transition to MLS Next Pro and beyond

• Led a division of 15 teams and 10 staff members. In charge of forming coaching staff, managing membership recruiting and retaining the best local talents to the Academy. Create methods of training and implementing curriculum with staff while overseeing the holistic development of players and parents. (soccer, academic, social)
