I played many team sports growing up which helped me learn how to understand and work with people of many different skill types. Encouraging, dedicated, diligent are three words I would use to describe my work ethic. Self-motivated banking professional offering strong communication and quick thinking skills. Works productively on teams as well as independently in fast-paced environments. Consistently positive and friendly. I am the oldest of seven siblings. This has influenced me as a leader and taught me how to lead effectively. Leading by example and not asking others to do something you would not do yourself. Leadership without action is not effective leadership.
