At Romp's Dairy Dock, I was responsible for wide variety of tasks including serving customers, closing at night, opening in the morning, and more. There was not a set schedule for when employees worked so I worked opening and closing shifts which required different tasks such as stocking or cleaning. Due to the small setting of the building I am use to working in close quarters while maintaining a clean and safe environment with my coworkers. The amount of customers that would be served ranges from shift to shift and so, I am used to working with a team or alone. On busy days, I am able to work efficiently and quickly. Through experience I have been able to learn quickly, take accountability, and maintain high standards for myself.
