Colossal Kielbasa travels around the state serving food at various town events, fairs and fundraisers. At this job my main role is to receive orders and then distribute them to the customer. Because it is often a fast-paced work environment I ensure that all orders are fulfilled in a timely fashion. My role requires strong multitasking skills to manage multiple orders simultaneously without compromising quality or accuracy. It is also my responsibility to speak directly to the customers to enure that they satisfied and help them with anything that they may need. Additionally, it is my job to make sure that items such as condiments and utensils are always replenished and not running low.
