I started my career in the company working in the DSI area, where I gained experience in production processes for 9 months. Later, I was promoted to Leader Person in DSI 3, where I was responsible for coordinating the operations of the Rapid and DSI lines, ensuring compliance with production.
Currently, I work as a Leader Person in the Marination area, where I have been for 7 months. I am responsible for organizing daily operations, supervising three production lines (Tumbler, Pacman, and Label), coordinating staff, ensuring proper marination, packaging, and storage of the product before it is shipped to Chick-fil-A, as well as maintaining compliance with quality, safety, and efficiency standards. My experience has allowed me to develop leadership, organization, problem-solving, and teamwork skills, preparing me to take on greater responsibilities as a supervisor.
