Working at United Mailing Services for 5 years has given me knowledge of mailing processes and protocols. I am seen as part of the management team at the company because, I learned quickly about the processes and protocols and was used as a reference to other employees because of my strong work ethic and willingness to learn. I quickly picked up on the importance of protocols and procedures by watching and listening to my colleagues and asking questions along the way.
I work to be better for the company by teaching others how to complete tasks correctly and proficiently. My goal with this company has been to assist them in getting projects out on time, keeping customers happy, and helping others retain and improve their knowledge. I excel at trying to understand processes and understand how things work as a company from a management perspective. As my position as trainer I have been able to successfully learn why we do what we do, and help people do the same.
I am always willing to learn new things, understand certain protocols, and ask questions while learning so I can be an asset to any team that I am on, and any company I work with.
