Accomplishments
I am currently the Team lead for the U.S. Government teacher cluster at Old Mill High. I coordinate and conduct weekly meetings addressing our diverse student body's skills and content acquisition. Through creating formative and summative assessments for our team, we can use real time data to adjust and scaffold, and spiral lessons as needed. In this role I act as a liaison between the county and our building to assist fellow teachers in maintaining compliance with all county directives and expectations.
