• Oversee daily clinical and administrative operations of a busy family medicine practice, ensuring efficient workflow, regulatory compliance, and delivery of high-quality patient care. Supervise and support nursing and administrative staff while managing staffing, scheduling, and office operations. Serve as a liaison between providers, staff, and patients to promote clear communication and continuity of care. Assist with clinical triage, care coordination, and adherence to Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) requirements. Lead process improvement initiatives focused on workflow optimization, expense reduction, and operational efficiency while maintaining high standards of patient safety and quality care.

Supervise clinical staff and coordinate patient care services to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple settings. Oversee care coordination activities including patient assessment, care planning, referrals, and follow-up to support continuity of care and improved patient outcomes. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, specialists, and community resources to facilitate comprehensive care management for patients with complex medical needs. Monitor clinical workflows, provide staff guidance and training, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards. Support patient education, resource navigation, and interdisciplinary communication to promote effective care coordination and efficient healthcare delivery.
