Over the course of a year and a half, I participated in three seperate internship courses at the University of South Carolina Beaufort, as required to graduate. The three places I had an opportunity to intern at were Active Day of Sumter Adult Day Center, Sumter County DSS, and Sumter United Ministries. These three places helped with building my strengths as a Human Services Professional. I gained experience in working with clients, building relationships with coworkers and clients, and building a relationship with myself.
