Summary
Over the last eight years with the Bartholomew County911 Center, I have accomplished a lot. During my first year with the center, I was recognized by the Commissioners' for my role in aiding units in stopping a bank robbery suspect. After the first year that I was on staff I started to look for ways that I could advance in my career. Whether this be by asking to take every available training or asking to become a training officer. After becoming a training officer, I knew I wanted to continue advancing and applied for the first Assistant Supervisor position created. I currently hold the role of CTO, Communications Training Officer and Instructor for our department. I am not one to sit back and wait for change but be part of the change and help foster it.
