As a preschool teacher at Fleet, I support both early preschool (ages 2–3) and preschool (age 4) classrooms by stepping into the lead role as needed. I implement established lesson plans and daily schedules, ensuring consistency in routines, classroom management, and student engagement while maintaining a safe, nurturing learning environment.

As a co-teacher in a Montessori-inspired preschool, I support the development of a classroom of 18 students. I design one to two engaging, play-based activities daily, aligned with Montessori principles, and lead afternoon circle time, promoting social connections and early academic skills.

Assisted the lead teacher in maintaining a positive classroom environment, and supported lessons, behavior management, and individualized student needs. Facilitated small-group instruction to promote social, emotional, and academic growth.

Oversaw office operations and streamlined procedures to support efficient customer service, including billing, quoting, and account maintenance. Managed high-volume communications (200+ daily calls, emails, and texts) and supported a portfolio of 7,000+ accounts. Led staff training and onboarding, collaborated on marketing initiatives to expand the client base, and analyzed market data to guide business planning.
