Handled Managerial duties including but not limited to:

• Counting till at the end of the night to ensure all transactions are accounted for
• Preparing till at the beginning of every shift
• Scheduling and making the proper adjustments to coordinate for time off request.
• Inventory and restocking/ordering any products or materials needed.
• De-escalading and resolving concerns of patrons.

As a bartender/Server my goal is to also provide the best customer facing service and experience to customers transitioning to regulars. I had duties such as:

• Greeting and seating customers when they arrive
• Taking orders from customers at bar or serving area
• Checking age requirements when providing alcohol
• Opening and closing duties such as sweeping, moping, disinfecting and washing dishes when support was needed.
• Processed and deposited cash for cash transactions and used Aloha POS System to ring up orders

• Prepared orders and checked for proper quality standards.
• Prepared items that are commonly used to expedite orders that are placed regularly.
• Practiced clean and safe cooking and food handling techniques to ensure proper food safety measures have been taken.
• Keep inventory PPE and other food handling necessities.
