My position in Baycare has me assisting patients with any special requests regarding comfort or housekeeping services. My daily duties are to sterilize patient rooms, medical equipment and complete patient discharges as needed.

I have worked on multiple units, each having their own set of distinct needs including the Lutz Behavioral Health center which requires me to be situationally aware of the patients, environment and myself.

• My position in AP had me collaborating with team members to identify and mitigate theft risks. It was expected for me to complete routine safety walks, assist in cash office transfers and deescalate tense guest situations. I needed to check cameras often and write reports on any suspicious behavior as well as any successful busts for local law enforcement when needed. In addition to that I was expected to be proficient in Word, Excel, Yammer and TruCase.

• My role in Bio GX was to manage high volume inbound and outbound calls with potential patients, collect information and find the best plan for them for their treatment needs. My position required me to become HIPAA certified as well as be proficient in Word, Excel and other basic computer skills.

• My position in Walmart had me managing customers financial services as well as maintaining front end schedules for breaks and lunches. I also was in charge of closing duties with the cash office, setting up for the next shift and locking up the store.
