- Provide help desk support through our IT ticketing software, email, and phone calls received from our staff, to support our seven-branch library system and various departments.
- I am part of a small three-person IT team, and we provide a fast turnaround for our ticket resolution to ensure customer satisfaction.
- We are points of contact with all staff, administration, and our vendors to ensure that our staff and public computers, printers, internet, copy machines, security cameras, software, sound system, PA, HVAC, and more all work to ensure that the public can access our services.
- I have raised our customer satisfaction in our department with the help of our fellow staff members since I joined just three years ago.
- I help provide recommendations for where we should go as a department and a library system for our next projects, contract renewals, new building projects, and what software we use.
- I oversee our inventory system for all technology.
- I have been a part of various projects on our team, most recently being our move to a new help desk system for our department.
- I have also had a huge project of redoing all of our inventory for the whole system shortly after I started.
- We have had a few different departments refresh their computers and printers, but our biggest project was a renovation of one of our library branches, where we set up all of our technology and ensured that everything worked for the grand re-opening.
