Entry-level Human Resources (HR) professional with strong organization and communication skills, and a desire to continue to expand my experience in Human Resources. During my time at Mercy College of Health Sciences, I've gained experience with the hiring and onboarding of employees, utilizing various Human Resources programs and applicant tracking systems.
· Collaborates with hiring managers regarding interview process for candidates. Reviews applications, prepares recruitment packet and ensures participants in interviews are prepared.
· Administers onboarding process for new employees. Ensures hiring manager, Facilities and Information Technology Offices are prepared for new employee’s first day/week.
· Serves as the resource expert for the Human Resources Information Systems. Audits data to ensure accuracy of information.
· Administers the College’s wellness program, including coordinating lunch and learns, activities and initiatives.
· Provides administrative support for the Human Resources’ office including filing, ordering supplies and scheduling meetings.
