· Collaborates with hiring managers regarding interview process for candidates. Reviews applications, prepares recruitment packet and ensures participants in interviews are prepared.

· Administers onboarding process for new employees. Ensures hiring manager, Facilities and Information Technology Offices are prepared for new employee’s first day/week.

· Serves as the resource expert for the Human Resources Information Systems. Audits data to ensure accuracy of information.

· Administers the College’s wellness program, including coordinating lunch and learns, activities and initiatives.

· Provides administrative support for the Human Resources’ office including filing, ordering supplies and scheduling meetings.

• Worked with Goodwill of Central Iowa Skills Training graduates to match them with a job that suits their talents, abilities, and desires.
• Assisted clients in building successful job search strategies.
• Assisted with resume building, job applications, and employer-employee communications
• Conducted mock interviews to help clients prepare for interviews with potential employers.
• Documented all engagement activities with program participants
• Completed all file holder responsibilities, including but not limited to attending team meetings, updating all paperwork, care, plans, releases of information, etc. for each participant assigned to caseload.
