
I'm an experienced and passionate chef with time spent in various restaurant and company settings. Striving to serve the best food possible, from ambient seafood and prime steak menus to artisan salumerias and conventional dining. With nine years experience in the kitchen, there has been so many wonderful menus and chefs to learn from and refine my passion in the kitchen. Being on the West Coast is an amazing opportunity to further my knowledge. In the past year and a half being here in Tricities I've grown from seafood at 'Anthony's at Columbia Point' to fine dining at 'At Michele's'.
