My responsibilities include answering company emails and phone calls. Management of factory, stock, production line, and including providing assistance of packing and shipping orders. Coordination of all USPS and FED-EX pickups, including international orders. Responsible for maintaining company website as well as social media platform. Also responsible for sales through Shopify and sending out company mailers. Maintain and update Google Sheets for repair orders as well as scheduling showroom appointments on Google Calender.

My responsibilities as a Courtesy Clerk consisted of providing customer service when needed at front desk, bagging groceries, and restocked and organized merchandise in front lanes.

My responsibilities as a Floral Clerk were to put out displaces, inventory, and collaborated closely with customers to create unique designs for bouquets, wreaths and gifts.

My responsibilities at Tilly's consisted of greeting customers as they come into the store and telling them about our daily deals and promotions. Help our store meet sale goals for the day and keep the store neat. Towards the end of my summer job, I made the displays for my Tilly's store location.
