Coordinated all new integrations for Workday application.

Trained/coordinated QA on performance and regression testing. Worked alongside program admin to prioritize backlog. Met with vendors and developers to coordinate projects and additional functionality. Tier 3 support for Workday. Write up specifications and business documents for both devs and mgmt. Became a SME in Workday for TS.

Managed two city apps, one was the cities Billing and Payment systems Enterprise Cashiering Services (ECS). The other was the cities assessor app, IasWorld. Met with vendors and coordinated updates and additional functionality for the apps.

IasWorld: Primary tier 2 and 3 support. Managed ticket backlog to ensure issues were being resolved in a timely manner. Managed Client-Vendor relations on behalf of TS (and DoF).

ECS: Lead database analyst. Primary tier 2 and 3 support. Oversaw and managed all documents and workflows surrounding the payment app.

Tasked with learned and adapted quickly to new technology and software i was assigned.

Worked as a business analyst in the risk management sector of Charles Schwab. Worked with business client to flesh out their project and mockup the effort needed. Worked with development leads to map out a plan and the people we will need. Built and managed databases for clients (MS SQL Server). Managed team JIRA cards with Atlassian tools and Excel. Helped run daily stand-up meetings for the team to keep Agile. Managed/troubleshot our daily jobs through task manager/Control-M. General tier 2/3 support for teams applications.

Worked in investment sector of JPM Chase. Building reports (IBM Cognos and MS PowerBI) for clients. Use SQL/PLSQL to create procedures, functions and queries to view and manipulate data. Created data links between oracle databases and metadata manipulation software. Work with report metadata to populate reports and build calculations within those reports. Troubleshoot legacy/broken reports brought up by operations and clients. Tier 2 support. Worked with client services to design reports to fit client needs.
