- Successfully created another procedure for lawsuits and garnishments. Efficiently garnished old debt and new debt along with sending out warrants for members failing to fill out the form causing them to pay loans in full.
- Lead teller for 4 years. Learned several programs and multiple jobs as well as maintained excellent client relationships with our members.
- Fluently Bi-lingual in English and Spanish. Being the first employee of the credit union that spoke spanish helped me reach out and bring in the latin community. Many were able to fix their credit scores and eventually become active members.
