• Knowing the names, uses, and functions of surgical instruments and tools to assist the surgeon efficiently.
• The ability to pass instruments quickly and accurately to the surgeon, ensuring smooth workflow during the procedure.
• Ensuring that all instruments are accounted for before and after the surgery to prevent any items from being left inside Clear, concise communication with the surgical team (surgeons, nurses, anesthesiologists) to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Listening carefully to instructions and responding promptly to requests made by the surgeon or other team members.
