Supervised 9 people. Deployed 116-ton Air Transportable Hospital (ATH) package (77 aircraft pallets + 5 vehicles) for medical support of US Embassies bombed in Kenya, Tanzania. Deployment completed in < 16 hours; fastest ATH deployment ever recorded. Received $10,000 award from Air Force IDEA program, changed AF policy regarding expired drugs, saved $17.8 Mil/year through utilization of reverse distributorships to recoup funds, changing DoD policy on the disposition of expired drugs. US Air Forces in Europe (USAFE) Innovator of the Year Award for 2000.
