Ensure customer satisfaction/supplies delivery of 300 accounts from Thule AB, Greenland, to Atlantic City, NJ. Supervised 30 military, civilian and contract personnel. Air Mobility Command Medical Materiel Account of the Year (Large Account Category) 2002. Three-time selection as Senior NCO of the Quarter for 305th Medical Group. Identified and disposed of $3.3 MM in excess equipment/supplies, allowed reutilization through DoD, responsible for $3.8MM in procurements through Government Purchase Card and Blanket Purchase Agreement acquisitions, $7 MM in Prime Vendor Purchases/year. Supervised 9 people. Deployed 116-ton Air Transportable Hospital (ATH) package (77 aircraft pallets + 5 vehicles) for medical support of US Embassies bombed in Kenya, Tanzania. Deployment completed in < 16 hours; fastest ATH deployment ever recorded. Received $10,000 award from Air Force IDEA program, changed AF policy regarding expired drugs, saved $17.8 Mil/year through utilization of reverse distributorships to recoup funds, changing DoD policy on the disposition of expired drugs. US Air Forces in Europe (USAFE) Innovator of the Year Award for 2000.
