
As a Junior IT Administrator, I specialize in providing technical support and managing IT infrastructure across multiple dealerships. My expertise includes reimaging, deploying, and upgrading laptops and PCs, managing Active Directory for network organization, and handling Office 365 licensing. printers, network connectivity, and shared drives. A key aspect of my role is proactive cybersecurity management, where I monitor and respond to security incidents, run security scans/patches using Syxsense, and manage inactive devices in Absolute. Additionally, I support all Asburydealerships during phone shifts, track inventory using Insight, and collaborate with Senior Systems Administrators and third-party vendors for network and printer management.
