I am an accomplished practitioner within the Labor Relations field with nearly fifteen years of practical experience in personnel management and labor agreements. I use an energetic and team building approach when working, and I am a strong believer in succession planning at all levels. This coupled with a natural drive to succeed as well as a strong work ethic make for a dynamic candidate to an organization looking to implement change management into their structure.
