I am an accomplished practitioner within the Labor Relations field with nearly fifteen years of practical experience in personnel management and labor agreements. I use an energetic and team building approach when working, and I am a strong believer in succession planning at all levels. This coupled with a natural drive to succeed as well as a strong work ethic make for a dynamic candidate to an organization looking to implement change management into their structure.


I am hoping to bring a fresh perspective to an organization that is looking for a proven approach to their organization development. I would like to find a long-term work home that I can continue to grow with and in return, help with their growth.
