    Explorer Program 2022 to 2023 - Nevada State Bank

    In September of 2022 I applied for and was accepted into the 2023 Nevada State Bank Explorer Program. The Purpose of the program was to further promote the internal growth of employees in the Bank. During the program I met with numerous departments within the bank to strengthen my understanding of how they operated, what the roles and responsibilities would be for each colleague in that department and developed an expanded network within the bank.
