• Utilization Review Committee - Successfully decrease hospital length of stay and worked to achieve 50% reduction in insurance denials.
• Mortality Review Committee - Multidisciplinary team working to decrease morbidity and mortality and drive appropriate use of palliative/hospice care
• Palliative Care Committee - Multidisciplinary team working to improve palliative care resources for patients. Working with team, created an process during the patients admission to identify patients who are good candidates for a palliative care consult, significantly increasing palliative care consults for the institution.
