Provides technical assistance to engineering to support new product development efforts by developing methods and procedures to control or improve manufacturing processes.

Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.

Provides input to engineering, qualification, and validation studies and reports by collecting, compiling, measuring, organizing and recording data, and by writing procedures.

Train operators and quality technicians on processes and engineering changes, and perform operator certification on-the-job training and testing.

Supports process development during new product introduction by defining traceability and inspection requirements, developing statistical process controls criteria, developing test instructions, and creating training sheets and certifications.

May complete other activities as assigned by the manager to assist with business needs.

• Performed thorough inspections of incoming materials and outgoing products for bare metal and nitinol stents.
• Routinely tested products to align temperature, specifications, and ingredient levels with best practices and quality standards for bare metal stents.
