As an intern at Long Realty, was assigned to identify the seasonal changes in overall likely real estate insurance, and concluded that summer and fall seasons likely resulted in higher interest by customers to buy a house, showcased through a series of Excel Data management, as well as presentations identifying the changes based on past sales.
In both cases of being Sales Associate and Health Insurance Agent, leant both the collaborative and communicative inner-workings of the business world, and learnt to effectively negotiate back and fourth with customers, as well as identify both goals and needs of both the customer and the company. Developed a habit of preferring to be in-person to learn the business world as opposed to online.
