Summary

Some things I take pride in are the friendly relationships with coworkers that provide a better work environment and are proactive. I like to lead from up front and take accountability when things do not go right. I'm a team player who doesn't mind stepping up for tough jobs, or the ones no one else wants to do. Worked with the store to reach number one in the market for presub and postsub by teaching, training, and empowering my champions to make decisions even when I was in the department. I do not feel right leaving until my work is finished. My outlook working at Walmart has never been, "I only have to look out for my department." I have been known to put out fires anywhere in the store. I've left home early just to return later at night to oversee events, or prepare for visits. I was proud to walk around with my M3 badge and knew it didn't just get handed to me. I have helped with upscaling leaders in our store, overseeing events, driving sales, and providing great customer service.
